Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had excellent amenities and was modern, but our stay in July was slightly uncomfortable as the air conditioning in the rooms, limited in quantity and only available to privilege club members, was not working. The service was very accommodating, although the dedication to mediocrity was noticeable. The location, while remote and offering a nice reset in nature, was going through renovations. The dining experience could have been better organized, and the disposable packaging was disappointing environmentally. The facilities were nice but not exceptional.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and pleasant with a couch, balcony, and walk-in shower. The lobby was beautiful. The service was excellent, especially from Adam in the Seasons Steakhouse. The location was outstandingly beautiful, away from the tourist crowds but still close enough for day trips. The dining experience was nice but could use better organization for restocking. The facilities were good overall.
The hotel rooms were beautifully decorated and very quiet, providing a clean and spacious stay. However, due to ongoing renovations, the air conditioning was not working during our July visit, making our stay a bit uncomfortable. The presence of 2 queen beds was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was exactly what I wanted. The location was pretty and close to other places like Canmore and Calgary, making it ideal to enjoy the sun all day and retreat to a cozy hotel room. The rooms needed a good spring clean but met my expectations overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not worth the high price tag, especially with the issue of the unopenable window due to the portable air conditioner. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, despite being understaffed. The location was convenient, although there were noise disturbances from other guests. The dining experience was delightful at Kananaskis, offering a variety of choices. Overall, the facilities were adequate, but there were some maintenance issues noted.
